00 per hour Larson Electric is hiring a Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician who can independently lead a small residential crew while remaining hands-on in the field. This position is designed for an experienced electrician who wants responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to take ownership of projects without constant direction. Our work includes residential service upgrades, troubleshooting, EV chargers, remodels, additions, custom homes, and new construction. We also perform light-commercial and limited industrial work and plan to continue expanding those capabilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead small crews of electricians and apprentices Plan daily work and assign responsibilities Remain actively involved in field installations Complete and supervise residential service upgrades and panel replacements Troubleshoot residential electrical problems Lay out projects from plans and existing field conditions Determine necessary materials, tools, and equipment Coordinate with homeowners, contractors, inspectors, and the Larson Electric office Maintain project quality, productivity, cleanliness, and safety Train and develop apprentices and less-experienced electricians Identify potential problems before they create delays or callbacks Complete accurate project documentation Assist with project planning and estimating when appropriate

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Current Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician license Strong residential construction and service experience Approximately one year or more of crew-lead or project-lead experience preferred Experience leading small teams Strong service-upgrade and troubleshooting experience Ability to make sound decisions without constant management involvement Strong organizational and project-planning skills Excellent workmanship and attention to detail Professional communication with homeowners and contractors Ability to teach and develop less-experienced electricians Valid driver's license

SCHEDULE

Typical hours are approximately 7:00 a.m

• 4:00 p.

m., Monday through Friday. Project needs may occasionally change those hours.
