We handle junk removal, demolition, cleanouts, hauling, and site prep — and we do it with the systems, accountability, and pride that most companies in this industry never bother with. We're hiring a Demolition Foreman to lead our demolition projects — residential, light commercial, and structural — and help take P's to its next level of growth. What You'll Do Lead demolition projects from pre-job walkthrough through final sign-off Supervise crews on every job — set the pace, enforce safety, hold quality high Train crew members on technique, equipment, and safety protocols Coordinate with customers, general contractors, and inspectors Identify and address hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, mold) Manage debris segregation and disposal Operate and maintain demolition equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, hand tools) Run daily safety briefings and submit end-of-day reports Document everything in our CRM (Workiz) Represent P's professionally on every job site What You Need (Required) 5+ years of demolition experience (residential and commercial) 2+ years of foreman or crew lead experience Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and demolition specs Skilled with skid steer, mini-excavator, and standard demolition equipment Valid Wisconsin driver's license, clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, climb, and carry for 8+ hours per day Preferred (Not Required) CDL Class A or B OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Asbestos abatement supervisor certification Lead-safe renovator (RRP) certification First Aid / CPR certified Bilingual English/Spanish Experience with government-funded demolition contracts What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses tied to project completion and profitability Paid time off Company truck for project use Company-provided PPE and uniforms Real opportunity to grow with the company Hands-on leadership that's invested in your success Who You Are Honest about mistakes — you don't hide damage, you don't blame the crew, you own it and fix it Lead by example — first to show up, last to cut corners Take safety seriously — you've seen what happens when people don't Treat your crew with respect while holding the line on standards Ready to be part of something growing, not just collecting a paycheck We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis.
