We are looking for a reliable foreman, or leadman who wants to take the next step. Candidate will be placed with a skilled roofer lead, and or team. Any roofing specifics can be taught. We're looking for someone who can effectively lead a crew, communicate with customers, and team members, stay organized, and take ownership of the job. Responsibilities Lead and manage field crews Communicate professionally with customers, crew members, and management Ensure crews are on time, prepared, and productive Complete paperwork, job documentation, and tablet work Monitor job progress and communicate issues to management Promote a safe, organized, and professional jobsite Hold crews accountable for quality, safety, and productivity Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and accountable Comfortable using a tablet and basic technology Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities Professional attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn roofing and company procedures Driver's license required with a clean record
