Our objective is to be invited to the next project every time. Job Description Must be able to oversee projects, supervise workers, ensure project safety, manage budgets and schedules, and delegate tasks. Must have a high school diploma/GED or trade certification, at least 5 years experience in previous construction, knowledge of safety regulations and equipment, and strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, train, and mentor employees and contractors on-site, providing guidance and support.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, ensuring the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment to comply with regulations.
  • Coordinate and monitor daily tasks, creating and maintaining project schedules and ensuring timely completion.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources, equipment, and materials.
  • Oversee and implement quality standards for all work performed on site.
  • Serve as the liaison between the site crew and management, effectively conveying instructions and reporting project status regularly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve conflicts or miscommunications on-site quickly and amicably.
  • Coordinate and schedule work activities based on project plans, adjusting for factors like weather, supply, and personnel.
Required Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in a skilled trade (e.g., carpentry, electrical) is often preferred.
Experience:
5 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the construction industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of best practices, equipment maintenance and use, and safety regulations in the industry.
Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, or technical drawings.
  • Aptitude for math, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
  • Good physical condition and stamina to perform the physical demands of the job.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • Sufficient background check
  • Highschool Diploma/equivalent
  • Execute and enforce excellent knowledge in Safety Regulations
  • 5 years of experience in previous supervisory position within the construction industry.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
