Build the Vision. As a Field Installation Supervisor, you'll lead the crews that bring GFS projects to life at customer sites across the country. You'll work alongside installers and subcontractors to ensure each installation is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the high quality standards our customers expect. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and keeping a crew moving in the right direction. This position travels extensively, typically 40 to 42 weeks throughout the year, supporting installation projects at customer locations. You'll coordinate with customers and GFS teams, tackle challenges as they arise, and see projects through from installation to completion. What Success Looks Like Lead GFS installers and subcontractors in the field, setting clear expectations and keeping the crew focused on safety, quality, schedule, and budget

Stay hands on with the crew, providing direction and support while helping keep installation work moving forward

  • Solve problems as they arise and coordinate with manufacturing, electrical, engineering, and other GFS teams to keep projects on track
    Maintain a safe jobsite by reinforcing company policies, construction safety requirements, and safe work practices
    Inspect work throughout the installation process to ensure finished projects meet GFS quality standards
    Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams through clear and professional communication
    Look for opportunities to improve crew efficiency, working conditions, equipment use, and installation processes
    Take pride in leading projects from the field and delivering installations the crew, GFS, and our customers can stand behind Qualifications That Shine 5+ years of construction experience with a strong understanding of installation practices and construction terminology
    1 to 2 years of leadership experience with the ability to effectively lead employees and subcontractors in the field
    Strong knowledge of construction site safety rules and regulations
    Hands on mindset with the ability and willingness to work alongside the crew to complete installation work
    Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work through challenges and keep projects moving
    Ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, field employees, and GFS teams
    Ability to put together bid packages and communicate technical information with contractors

Pay Range:

$78,724

  • $99,100 per year, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.
Bonus Eligibility:

This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
