Job Description Job Description Job Description Foreman / General Foreman Location Port Washington, Wisconsin Shift Day shift with 7:30 AM start. Expected 58 to 60 hours per week with overtime as project needs require. Pay Range $67.76 to $70.39 per hour plus union benefits. Classifications Foreman and General Foreman. Job Description We are hiring Foremen and General Foremen for a large-scale data center construction project in Port Washington, Wisconsin. This is a leadership opportunity for experienced electrical professionals who can manage crews, coordinate workflow, support schedule goals, and maintain safety and quality on a high-volume project. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical crews performing installation, layout, wire pulling, terminations, testing, and punch-list work. Plan daily work, assign tasks, track productivity, and coordinate material and tool needs. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and work packages. Coordinate with project management, safety teams, general contractor representatives, and other trades. Coach journeymen, apprentices, and CW/CE workers while enforcing safety and quality expectations. Maintain field documentation, manpower updates, and progress reporting as needed.
Requirements Foreman:
typically 8 to 15+ years of electrical construction experience with crew leadership.
General Foreman:
typically 10 to 20+ years of electrical construction experience with multi-crew leadership. Valid Wisconsin journeyman or master-level electrical license preferred or required depending on assignment. OSHA 30 preferred. OSHA 10 required at minimum before working onsite. Strong communication, planning, scheduling, and conflict-resolution skills. Data center, industrial, mission-critical, large commercial, switchgear, generator, UPS, or high-volume construction experience is strongly preferred.
