Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven roofing leader looking to advance their career while relocating to one of the fastest-growing regions in the Mountain West. A full employer-paid relocation package is available for qualified candidates moving to Laramie, Wyoming , making this an excellent opportunity for experienced foremen located outside the area. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial roofing experience, crew leadership capabilities, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating project execution, overseeing safety compliance, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standards. What You'll Do Lead commercial roofing crews and oversee daily job-site operations Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules Install, remove, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, and PVC Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues Enforce OSHA standards and maintain compliance with safety regulations Conduct quality control inspections and ensure workmanship meets company standards Collaborate with project managers regarding schedules, budgets, and project milestones Assist with project planning, construction estimating, and cost tracking efforts Troubleshoot material, equipment, and site logistics challenges Maintain project documentation and communicate status updates to stakeholders What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews Experience supervising personnel on active construction sites Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, and Modified Bitumen Proven experience reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings Experience enforcing OSHA safety standards and maintaining job-site compliance Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and project coordination Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in fast-paced construction environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, HeavyBid, or similar construction management software Construction estimating and budgeting experience Experience tracking project costs and production metrics Experience using technical testing and diagnostic equipment Why This Opportunity Stands Out Full company-paid relocation package provided Opportunity to relocate to Laramie, Wyoming with employer support Lead commercial roofing projects from start to finish Strong compensation package Significant leadership responsibility and project ownership Long-term career growth opportunities Collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and craftsmanship Opportunity to mentor crews and develop future leaders Compensation $30.66 - $45.00 Per Hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
