Job Description
We are seeking a Skilled Construction Worker with a minimum 4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team and execute high-quality residential and commercial building projects.
Job Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to guide daily building tasks. Operate advanced hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery (such as saws, drills, jacks, and lifts) safely and efficiently. Perform specialized trade tasks including framing, rough carpentry, electrical, plumbing, concrete pouring/finishing, and drywall installation. Erect and dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding, ramps, and barricades. Comply with all local, state, and OSHA safety guidelines to maintain a secure job site. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate. 2+ years of verified field experience in general or specialized construction. Physical stamina and strength to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather conditions. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project managers and other trades.
