Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our marine construction and dive crew. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in marine construction, commercial diving, dock construction, or a related field . Applicants should have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a crew. Experience with underwater construction, pile work, pile jackets, fiberglass, concrete/grout pumping, rigging, dock construction, or general dock maintenance is preferred.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with commercial diving and underwater construction operations General dock construction, repair, and maintenance Pile installation, repair, cleaning, and preparation Preparing and installing pile jackets and reinforcing cages Assisting with fiberglass and grout work Installing and removing dock components, bracing, hardware, and other structural elements Rigging, equipment setup, and jobsite preparation Operating and maintaining hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Working around barges, docks, cranes, and other marine equipment Following all company and jobsite safety procedures Working in a variety of weather and marine conditions
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant marine construction, dock work, or commercial diving experience preferred Commercial diving experience is a plus General construction experience is beneficial Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and marine operations Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a crew Willingness to travel and work extended hours when required Valid driver's license preferred This is a hands-on position with opportunities to gain experience in marine construction, dock work, underwater construction, and commercial diving , with opportunities for advancement within the company.

$30.00 - $60.00 per hour
