An established, respected residential home builder is growing our Field Team and looking for people who want more than just a job.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM We're hiring across all experience levels: entry-level laborers up through experienced builders and supervisors. Strong performers move into lead or foreman roles based on merit, not seniority.

The role:

Our Field Team keeps every home on track and on standard, from framing through final walkthrough. Day to day, you'll: Perform quality-control checks and inspections Coordinate work between subcontractors Complete punch-list and corrective items Prep homes for inspection and closing Flag issues to management and help solve them What makes someone successful here: Dependable, shows up ready to work Self-directed, sees what needs to happen and does it Good communicator, strong follow-through Wants to learn and take on more responsibility over time

Experience:

Open to entry-level (strong work ethic + willingness to learn) and experienced candidates (framing, finish work, QC, or supervisory background preferred). Join a team with a long track record of quality homes and a real path to grow your career here.
