Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. Duties Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and site safety measures Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as concrete mixers and forklifts to perform tasks efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans Construct formwork, install rebar, and perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and sealing for various structures Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and restoration projects Install drywall, trim carpentry elements, flooring, and perform plastering or caulking as required Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for all team members Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various construction tools and machinery safely Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings accurately Experience with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and rebar installation Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including forklifts and other heavy machinery used on construction sites Skilled in masonry techniques such as bricklaying, stucco application, tile installation, and restoration work Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique Familiarity with construction estimating processes and working from detailed construction plans Join us if you're eager to contribute your hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment where safety is paramount.
