Posted on August 17, 2026 Published By Tabitha Connolly Trillium Construction is now seeking Construction Laborers / Carpentry Helpers for a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity in Decatur, AL! The pay rate is $20-22/hour. Candidates are needed to assist the on-site foreman. Apply now!
Experience in Fab Shop a plus.
Must be able to read a tape measure and provide measurements to the foreman onsite.
Must have basic hand tools and wear all PPE.
Must wear gloves, safety glasses, and steel toed boots.
