Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety standards are met, and contributing to the successful completion of building tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. We offer paid holidays after 90 days. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up equipment and materials Perform manual labor such as lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials and tools Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling components Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met Skills Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding manual labor for extended periods Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills to understand instructions and collaborate with team members Attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment (nice-to-have) Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in construction, providing hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
