Construction Worker

Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Mix and apply concrete, mortar, or other materials as needed for various projects Carry out manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, lifting heavy objects, and assembling structures Support team members in installing fixtures, framing, or other structural components Conduct routine safety inspections and report hazards immediately to ensure a secure work environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote efficiency and safety Experience Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery is required Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations related to construction work Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and task completion Basic understanding of blueprints or technical drawings is beneficial but not mandatory Must be able to follow instructions carefully and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
