Job Description

Join our team and support the installation and maintenance of aerial OSP telecommunications infrastructure. As an Aerial Laborer , you'll work alongside Linemen, Foremen, and other crew members to safely and efficiently complete aerial fiber and coax construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment Assist Linemen with the installation of aerial fiber optic and coaxial cable Assist with pulling, lashing, and securing aerial cable Set up and maintain safe, compliant work zones Handle and organize cable, strand, hardware, and other materials Assist with setting poles, anchors, and guy wires as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition Assist the Foreman and crew with daily job-site activities as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in aerial telecommunications or utility construction preferred Familiarity with OSP construction tools and equipment preferred Comfortable working outdoors and around aerial construction operations Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift at least 75 lbs. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required CDL preferred Must pass a background check and drug screening
