Pay:

$15.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on skills and experience Ozark Traffic Management is Hiring Laborers! Ozark Traffic Management is seeking hardworking and dependable Laborers to support our growing fiber, electrical, and utility installation projects. This position plays a key role in assisting drill operators, plow operators, and equipment crews in the field. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and building essential infrastructure, we want to hear from you. Position Responsibilities Assist drill and plow operators with underground utility installation Support fiber optic, electrical, and underground construction projects Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Hand-dig, trench, and prepare job sites as needed Set up and maintain safe work zones Operate hand tools and small equipment Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and job sites Follow all company and DOT safety procedures Travel to various job sites as required Experience Preferred (Not Required) Fiber installation experience Electrical work experience Underground utility construction experience Experience working around drill rigs, vibratory plows, or excavation equipment Must-Have Qualifications Clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screen Willingness and ability to travel Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Additional Consideration For CDL Class A (no restrictions) CCO - Mobile Cab Swing Crane Certification ITS installation experience Fiber splicing experience Excavator or skid steer experience Electrical experience Why Join Ozark Traffic Management?
