CREW MEMBER DUTIES INCLUDE

Assisting with the installation of landscape elements such as plants, trees, sod, mulch, and irrigation systems. Performing hardscape construction tasks including grading, setting pavers, building retaining walls, and installing edging or decorative stone. Operating a variety of hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., trenchers, compactors, skid steers, saws). Preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging, grading, and measuring layout areas. Loading, unloading, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment on-site. Following layout plans and instructions provided by supervisors or crew leaders. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times. Assisting with equipment maintenance and reporting any repairs or safety concerns promptly. Complying with all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Performing other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS A

solid work ethic and good teamwork skills Skills in various construction techniques and equipment. High school degree or GED is preferred. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lb. A valid driver license and a clean driving record is a plus. Ability to read and write. Must have the minimum of 6 months of experience in landscaping or construction. Horticulture knowledge and standards of planting, digging, and mulching is preferred. Knowledge of irrigation, landscape lighting, drainage, and other landscape-related trades is a plus. The use of heavy equipment is a plus (i.e. bobcats, excavator, skid-steer loader etc.)

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS

$18.00 - $20.00 based on experience Medical, Dental, Vision, Liability and several more supplemental insurance options 401K plan with partial match
