We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our dynamic culinary staff. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment while assisting with food preparation and supporting the overall food service operations. Responsibilities Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items Support the kitchen team during busy service times by bussing tables and clearing plates as needed Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met Help with catering setups and banquet functions to ensure smooth service delivery Adhere to all safety protocols related to cleaning, food handling, and kitchen operations Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, especially in food service or kitchen roles Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation practices is a plus Experience with catering or banquet service enhances your ability to excel in this role Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position
