Responsibilities Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required for specific tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and work environments.
