General Laborer - Dirt Work & Site Preparation We are looking for a dependable, hardworking general laborer to work alongside our experienced equipment operator on residential construction sites throughout Northwest Arkansas.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and building landscaping beds and installing plants Installing and spreading gravel Site cleanup and general manual labor Assisting with clearing, drainage, waterproofing Spotting and assisting the equipment operator Helping maintain equipment and keep job sites organized Experience operating a skid steer or mini excavator is preferred but not required. Landscaping, excavation or construction experience would be a plus. We are willing to train the right person who shows up consistently and is ready to work.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to perform physical labor and work outdoors Dependable, punctual and safety-minded Able to follow directions and work well with others Must take pride in doing the job correctly Full-time position with pay based on experience.
