URGENT HIRING. CARPENTRY SKILLS ARE A MUST HAVE REQUIREMENT

We are looking for dependable, hard workers to fill positions for our Lake Crew. This is a full-time, year-round position with overtime frequently available. You must have physical strength, endurance, work well with your hands and be able to work outside in ALL weather conditions. Must be willing & able to learn new things. Being good in collaboration and following instructions and safety rules are important. Have an overall great attitude and work ethic. Construction experience is a must have and mechanical know-how is a plus. Responsibilities Assist in construction projects Unload and carry materials at our factory and/or construction sites Knowledge of the use of hand tools and construction equipment Prepare and apply construction materials to build boat docks and boat lifts Clean factory and/or construction site from debris and discarded material Skills Able to be dependable and on time for scheduled work Able to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week Able to swim if working at construction sites Proven experience as a carpenter (worker/laborer) Experience in reading a tape measure Knowledge of basic carpentry principles and methods Able to work as a team or independently Able to follow direction from the supervisor Able to read instructions when needed Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination Requirements

MUST HAVE PROVEN CARPENTER SKILLS

Must be able to read a tape measure. Must provide your own tape measure & claw hammer. Must be able to show up to work every day, Monday through Friday.
