What You'll Be Doing Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed Help prep and clean job sites, including removing debris and materials Load and unload tools and materials from trucks Support carpenters, finishers, and other crew members as needed Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety rules and speak up if something isn't right Report any incidents to your foreman or supervisor right away What We're Looking For At least 1 year of construction experience preferred Willingness to travel to different job sites when needed Able to lift heavy materials and handle physical work Good work ethic and reliable—someone the crew can count on Takes safety seriously and works well with a team What You'll Get Full-time, steady work PTO, health, and dental insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunities to learn new skills and move up
