This is a hands-on construction position and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of physical work, and wants to learn a skilled trade. No foundation repair experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. Construction, concrete, landscaping, excavation, or other labor experience is a plus. What You'll Do Assist crews with foundation and crawl space repair projects Dig and excavate by hand when necessary Move dirt, gravel, concrete, lumber, and other materials Assist with installation of foundation repair systems, drainage systems, and crawl space components Use basic hand and power tools Load and unload trucks, trailers, tools, and materials Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Follow instructions from crew leads and project managers Work safely and efficiently as part of a team What We're Looking For Dependable and shows up to work on time Willing to work hard and learn Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, digging, crawling, and carrying materials Able to work in crawl spaces and around excavation areas Works well with a crew and follows directions Construction experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Consistent work On-the-job training Opportunity to learn the foundation repair and construction industry Opportunity for advancement into skilled labor and crew leadership positions Established local company with a growing workload We're looking for people who want to work, learn, and become a valuable part of our team.
