Remodeling Laborer

Succeeding, Green Comfort Modular Services was born in order to provide more complete service to our clients. Today, Green Comfort specializes in remodeling, repair, set up and transportation of mobile modular units as we strive to continue to grow and provide the best service possible to our clients in the state of Arizona and California. We are professional, fast-paced and rewarding. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will assist in various remodeling projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This is a full time - direct hire position.

Duties:

Assist in various construction and maintenance tasks as required. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assist skilled workers (electricians, carpenters, plumbers, etc.) with tasks on-site. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, and carrying materials. Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in general labor or construction is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety standards. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills. Must have the ability to work in all weather conditions.
