Job Description:

Conkel Construction, LLC is a growing telecommunications infrastructure company seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team. As a smaller company just starting out, we offer the opportunity to grow with us and be a key part of building critical underground and above-ground telecom systems. This position involves hands-on outdoor construction work, supporting the installation of conduit, micro duct, vaults, and other telecom infrastructure. ⸻

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual labor including trenching, digging, and hand shoveling Assist with installation of underground utilities and telecommunications systems Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders Work outdoors in various weather conditions ⸻

Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, digging, standing for long periods) Willingness to work outdoors all day Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well as part of a team Construction or utility experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license preferred ⸻
