Job Description

We are hiring General Construction Laborers and Helpers to join our field teams across multiple active job sites. This role is hands‑on and essential to keeping projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Prepare job sites by clearing debris, staging materials, and setting up equipment. Assist skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, pipefitters, HVAC, fencing crews, etc.) with material handling, tool support, and task prep. Perform general and beginner to moderate skilled labor tasks, basic carpentry, or material work. Operate small tools and, when trained, light/heavy equipment in accordance with safety standards. Maintain clean, safe work areas and support foremen with daily project needs. Lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications Prior construction or trades experience (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, fencing, demolition, solar field work). Ability to read basic measurements and follow written or verbal instructions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Compensation Full‑time roles with competitive hourly rates (commonly ranging from $20-$32/hr depending on skill level and trade specialization). Typical schedules are Monday-Friday with opportunities for overtime depending on project needs.
