Equipment Installation and Rigging Specialist Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Equipment Installation and Rigging Specialist where you will play a crucial role in moving heavy equipment using cranes and forklifts to new facilities. You will assist in installing equipment and conducting initial testing, ensuring everything is set up perfectly. This position is ideal for individuals with an industrial background and experience in welding, mechanical tasks, pipe fitting, electrical work, machine operation, or rigging. Responsibilities Move heavy equipment with cranes and forklifts to new facilities. Assist in the installation and initial testing of equipment. Work collaboratively in teams of 2-4 to ensure efficient and safe operations. Load and unload trucks with duct material. Essential Skills 2+ years of construction experience. Proficiency in reading a tape measure. Ability to use hand and power tools. Experience in rigging and forklift operation. Capability to load and unload trucks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in welding, mechanical tasks, pipe fitting, electrical work, or machine operation is a plus. Able to read and follow work instructions.
