Duties Assist in interpreting construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps to perform tasks like pouring, cutting, finishing, and formwork construction Install rebar and construct formwork for concrete structures following safety protocols and technical drawings Execute tasks related to heavy lifting, framing carpentry, flooring installation, stucco application, plastering, caulking, and other finishing work Conduct concrete pouring, cutting, finishing, and surface treatments including smoothening and sealing surfaces Follow construction safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Support the interpretation of technical drawings and construction plans for accurate project implementation Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, cutting, finishing, and pumping techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with construction estimating processes and understanding of construction workplace safety regulations Skilled in rebar installation, formwork construction, framing carpentry, flooring installation, stucco application, plastering, caulking, and concrete finishing Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards adhering to safety protocols and project timelines Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a tangible difference!
