Job Summary Part-Time Hydroseed Laborer NAZ Hydroseed is looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Hydroseed Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on outdoor position assisting with hydroseeding projects at residential, commercial, and construction sites. Job Responsibilities Assist with hydroseeding applications and job-site preparation Load, unload, and handle hydroseeding materials and equipment Assist with operating and maintaining hydroseeding equipment Prepare soil and job sites as needed Follow job-site safety procedures Keep equipment, trucks, and work areas clean and organized Perform general labor and other tasks as needed Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Reliable and dependable Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials Willing to learn and take direction Good attitude and strong work ethic Construction, landscaping, irrigation, agriculture, or similar experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license required Schedule Part-Time — Flexible schedule based on project needs Hours may vary depending on scheduled jobs. This position may have opportunities for additional hours and continued work based on performance and workload. Previous hydroseeding experience is not necessary, we are willing to train the right person.
