Perform physical work in trenches, crawlspaces, and confined areas Load, transport, and organize materials and equipment. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Install systems using company-approved methods and quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on time. Communicate with customers as needed to ensure understanding and satisfaction. Who You Are Reliable, hard-working individuals who thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment. People who take pride in their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to follow established procedures. Ability to lift 50-100lbs semi frequently. A valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening. A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.
