The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry. Duties Perform various construction tasks and maintenance work orders including drywall installation, cabinet installation, baseboard installation, minor plumbing, minor electrical, and finishing work. Carry out site preparation tasks such as tear out and clearing debris. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to designated areas on-site. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the project duration. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Requirements Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Must be able to adhere to safety guidelines at all times on the job site. Must have personal power tools and reliable transportation to assigned jobs.
