!! EcoSense Sustainable Landscapes is seeking Landscape Construction Technicians to join our talented team. We specialize in building beautiful, resilient landscapes that harvest rainwater, utilize native plants, and attract wildlife. We are working to redefine what a healthy and harmonious landscape should look like in the arid southwest, and we are also working to reshape the workforce in the landscape industry. That means that we offer competitive pay and 4-day work weeks (

M-Th:

work 9 hours, get paid for 10, Fridays off!!). We are currently hiring for Tech 1, Tech 2, and Tech 3 positions. All positions require good communication and team work. Tech 1 This is a labor position and does not require extensive experience. Basic knowledge of hand tools, ability to keep pace with the team, and an eagerness to learn are the basic requirements for this position. A valid drivers license is mandatory! Tech 2 Requires a greater understanding of the landscape construction process.

Such as:

driving a truck and trailer, operating a plate compactor, advanced irrigation knowledge, ability to install low voltage fixtures, basic welding is a plus. Experience in landscape construction is required for the position. Tech 3 Requirements include: Operating and maintaining a skid steer and excavator. Operating a trencher, and other heavy machinery, basic welding is a plus. Installation of irrigation system, timer, back-flow, valves, etc. Ability to use a laser level. Electrical knowledge, such as installing a transformer and low voltage lights.
