We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting construction, renovation, and maintenance projects by performing a variety of hands-on tasks. Your energy, reliability, and craftsmanship will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills while contributing to meaningful work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with the preparation of job sites by clearing debris, setting up tools, and organizing materials Perform general construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, tile, and flooring under supervision Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively Support team members with material handling, loading, unloading, and transporting supplies around the site Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Collaborate with supervisors to complete assigned tasks on time and meet project specifications Experience Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related skilled trades preferred but not required; on-the-job training available for motivated learners Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or technical drawings is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and equipment operation Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills Basic understanding of building codes and regulations is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in building something great!
