Journeyman Laborer

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on field experience, a strong safety-focused mindset. This position requires reliability, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced jobsite environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Journeyman-level laborer experience Labor apprentice graduate from an approved apprenticeship program preferred Must provide own personal tools OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferable) CPR / First Aid certification (preferable) Knowledgeable and experienced in operating: Excavator, Skid steer & Jumping jack / compactor Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to follow all jobsite safety requirements and company policies Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Experience in commercial, civil, or utility construction Ability to read and follow basic plans and jobsite direction Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

We Offer:

Prevailing wage pay Full time position
