In this energetic role, you'll assist with various on-site tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every stage of construction. Your hands-on work will support skilled tradespeople and help turn detailed blueprints into tangible structures. Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps to support various tasks Interpret construction plans and blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create durable structures Install rebar, metal stud framing, and other structural components following technical drawings and safety protocols Carry out tasks related to stucco, plastering, caulking, tile laying, and other finishing work to enhance building aesthetics Support heavy lifting activities and assist with concrete cutting and concrete formwork construction to meet project deadlines Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans accurately Knowledge of construction estimating processes for material needs and project scope understanding Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for all team members Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and other relevant equipment Ability to perform rebar installation, concrete pouring/finishing, formwork construction, and metal stud framing effectively Understanding of heavy lifting techniques and safety procedures for working on construction projects Join us in building something great!
