Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled General laborer who is able to work independently and as part of a team, follow instructions accurately, and use tools safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform work in all weather conditions - including extreme heat (majority of work is outdoors). Perform regularly and repeated physical labor such as lifting, carrying, and digging. Load and unload materials from trucks. Clean up job sites after work is completed. Follow instructions from supervisors and other construction personnel. Follow safety protocols and use proper protective equipment Understand basic plumbing concepts.
Requirements:
Must be a Section 3 Resident (e.g. A public housing resident; or A low- or very low-income resident) Proof of Residency (Must reside in the City Clearlake, Ca) Proof of Income Valid Driver's License Valid Identification for eligibility to work in the U.S.
Pay :
Prevailing Wage Commensurate with Experience.
