In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating projects, assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations on-site. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects, from groundwork to finishing touches. This position offers an engaging environment where teamwork, safety compliance, and hands-on skills are highly valued. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps safely and effectively Support concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction according to project specifications Install rebar, metal stud framing, and other structural components following blueprint instructions Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for site cleanup, material movement, and site safety maintenance Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure environment for all team members Qualifications Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar laborer role preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and stucco application is a plus Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as concrete cutters and plastering tools Understanding of construction safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including heavy lifting, climbing ladders/scaffolding, and prolonged standing or walking Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities Join us in building quality structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Pay:
