Keller is looking for an experienced Laborer for a project based in Joseph City, Arizona .
Job Summary:
As a Laborer, you will support geotechnical construction projects by assisting skilled craft workers and equipment operators with basic field tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals beginning their construction careers and offers hands-on experience in a safety-focused environment. You will receive on-the-job training and exposure to a variety of site activities and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Assist craft workers and equipment operators with daily construction tasks. Load and unload materials and tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site. Assemble and disassemble simple construction structures. Spot for equipment movement using standard hand signals. Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions. Participate in Daily Safety Briefings and adhere to the Project Safety Plan. Exercise Stop Work Authority for safety or quality concerns. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Background Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Experience) High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No prior experience required; 0-1 year in construction a plus. Willingness to travel frequently and work extended hours in field conditions. Preferred Certifications New Hire Orientation and Induction OSHA 10 CPR and First Aid Certification Qualified Rigging required to advance

Salary Range :
