• 42 per hour (based on proven experience) PTO Opportunities for advancement Join a company that's expanding—and grow with us About the Role This position is approximately 100% hands‑on field work while also supporting the Project Manager with coordination, quality control, and oversight.

You'll perform and lead various trades, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and up to our high standards. Key Responsibilities Perform high‑quality construction and remodeling work across multiple trades Lead by example on-site and support smooth coordination between trades Track and report daily progress, including photos and documentation Assist with project organization, quality control, and team support What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 5+ years of remodeling construction experience Strong skills foremost in: Finish carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Framing Customer‑facing experience Technology proficiency (smartphone/tablet use, apps, etc.) Ability to provide your own hand/power tools Ability to perform hands‑on work most of the day Valid driver's license + clean driving record Reliable transportation Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to motivate, train, and lead others Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of remodeling/restoration experience Experience working with multiple trades Knowledge and experienced in working from one trade to the next.
