This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who specializes in commercial building Tenant Improvement (TI) projects. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision:

Assist in overseeing daily job site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Regulatory Compliance:

Maintain full awareness of and adherence to relevant safety regulations, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

1-2+ years of hands-on experience working specifically on commercial construction or tenant improvement projects.

Mobility & Logistics:

Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites.

Attributes:

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills to interface with subcontractors.
