Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution. Operate hand tools, power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Be knowledgeable in framing, plumbing and concrete work. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout construction projects. Assist with plumbing and/or framing by interpreting schematics and adhering to safety procedures.

Operate tools including:

Skilsaw Sawzall Levels and layout tools Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Maintain professional working relationships with coworkers and supervisors Perform additional duties as assigned Experience with building construction processes including framing, window installation and plumbing complete homes Strong knowledge of safety protocol adherence on active job sites; ability to identify hazards proactively. Experience working on diverse construction projects such as remodeling sites or new construction projects. Preferred Skills For Framing Position Stair layout Floor systems Concrete form work Door and window installation Experience with custom residential construction Strong work ethic and positive attitude Leadership experience preferred for Working Foreman positions Preferred Skills For Plumbing Position Perform residential plumbing work for kitchen, bathroom, whole-home, and specialty remodeling projects Install, repair, relocate, and modify plumbing systems, fixtures, water lines, drain lines, gas lines, and related components Follow project plans and scopes of work Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects on schedule Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite Ensure all work meets company quality standards and applicable plumbing codes Communicate material needs, field conditions, and project concerns promptly Represent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners, team members, and trade partners
