In this energetic role, you will assist in various phases of construction projects, from foundational work to finishing touches. Your hands-on involvement will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop diverse skills across multiple construction disciplines while contributing to impactful building projects. Duties Assist with site preparation, including heavy lifting and material handling to set the stage for construction activities. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete finishing. Support rebar installation, concrete forming, and concrete pumping to ensure structural integrity. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to follow project specifications accurately. Perform masonry work, tile laying, stucco application, and plastering to achieve desired finishes. Conduct renovation and restoration tasks, including carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roofing. Operate heavy equipment and commercial vehicles as needed for site logistics and material transport. Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with clarity. Knowledge of various construction trades such as masonry, framing, roofing, and flooring installation. Reliable vehicle needed Recommended to have tools Capable of performing heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
