For over three decades, I-Grace has been the name behind luxury residential construction, known for craftsmanship, precision, and an unwavering standard of quality. We're hiring a Laborer to support our project teams on-site, keeping job sites clean, organized, and running smoothly across occupied, finished, and furnished luxury residences. What you'll do Site maintenance & protection Install and maintain protection on job sites and in occupied luxury residences Keep the job site clean and orderly throughout the project Remove debris and trash, load dumpsters, and move materials on-site Sweep and mop as needed General labor & support Move furniture, change light bulbs, and handle similar tasks as directed Load, unload, and distribute materials Perform basic demolition and general labor tasks Assist carpenters and other trades on-site Maintain tools and equipment Professionalism on-site Communicate clearly with the team via phone, email, and other tools Monitor subcontractors and site access Take on other duties as assigned What you bring Experience operating in occupied, finished, and furnished luxury residences Familiarity with protection methodologies specific to luxury residences Knowledge of other trades' materials, tools, and machinery (preferred) Certifications OSHA 10-Hour required; OSHA 30-Hour preferred 4-Hour Supported Scaffold Certification Asbestos, Lead, Mold, and Silica Awareness (completed within 90 days of hire) Work environment Expect regular exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and outdoor conditions including heat, humidity, and weather. Work happens near active equipment, inside finished residential environments, and amid typical site noise and dust. Physical requirements This role involves regularly lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier loads), standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and climbing, including ladders and scaffolding, and using hand tools with precision and coordination.
