We are looking for someone with hands-on residential construction experience who is comfortable working in multiple phases of a project and can follow direction, work independently when needed, and maintain a clean and professional jobsite.

Responsibilities include:

General residential construction and remodeling Framing and carpentry Drywall and basic finish work Demolition and jobsite preparation Installation and repair work Using hand and power tools safely Material handling and jobsite cleanup Assisting with various phases of new construction and renovation projects What we're looking for: Prior residential construction experience Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Ability to safely use common construction tools Able to perform physically demanding construction work Comfortable working independently and as part of a crew Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to work on different types of residential projects Starting pay is $30/hour , depending on experience and demonstrated skill level. Selected candidates will begin with a one-week paid working trial so both sides can make sure it's a good fit.
