You'll gain hands-on experience in landscape construction, learn new skills, and contribute to creating beautiful, functional environments. We are committed to paying all team members fairly while providing a supportive and engaging work atmosphere. Duties Assist with the installation of irrigation systems using hand tools and power tools Prepare sites by grading, excavating, and leveling soil with equipment like excavators or manual tools Plant plants and trees Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and optimal performance Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping machinery such as excavators and power tools Experience with lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices Proficiency in using hand tools for various construction tasks Knowledge of tree and plant care including trimming, pruning, and health assessment Ability to follow safety procedures while working with construction equipment and during landscaping activities Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new techniques Basic understanding of irrigation systems, and hardscape installation Embark on a rewarding career where your physical skills and passion for outdoor environments will flourish!
