This is a hands-on position for someone who knows their way around a job site, can complete smaller installs and punch-list items independently, and helps PMs keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities:

Support management of 7-9 active construction projects. Coordinate daily tasks, subcontractors, schedules, and deliveries. Visit job sites as needed (typically between 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.). Maintain project records, reports, and communication logs. Help ensure subcontractors are IMKAT-approved and follow safety standards. Act as secondary contact for clients and vendors, especially during urgent matters.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in residential construction or project coordination. Experience with finish carpenter. Ability to install cabinetry, flooring, trim, appliance's, paint. Ability to walk building inspections Ability to read blueprints and understand construction schedules. Strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow within construction project management. Knowledge of basic safety standards and construction processes.
