Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, contributing to various construction projects. This role involves physical labor, working collaboratively with other team members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Perform tasks such as drywall installation, flooring installation, and door hanging. Support glass installation and fabrication as needed. Engage in masonry work and hardscape projects, including laying bricks or stones. Read blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Participate in remodeling projects, ensuring quality workmanship throughout. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome those eager to learn. Skills in drywall, flooring installation, stucco application, and masonry are highly valued. Experience with Wood Destroying Pest projects will be considered a plus.
