Monday•Friday some Saturdays, 4am•until finished (OT is mandatory) A2Z Staffs is actively seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Fresno. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position. In this role, you will: Load and unload tires manually Unload 1,000 tires manually daily, within a certain time frame Order picking / order selecting Attendance and punctuality are VITAL Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures Ability to repetitively lift•up to 80 pounds Work on feet for extended periods of time

Requirements Must pass background check (Criminal Wide Screen National•7yr, Misdemeanor Wide Screen National•5 yr) Must pass a 10 panel drug screen (THC is included in drug screen) Must pass E-verify Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary) Must be bilingual Must be able to be at work each day you are schedule and be on time
