In this energetic role, you will support various phases of building projects, from groundwork to finishing touches. Your hands-on skills and dedication will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your construction expertise while contributing to diverse hardscaping, remodeling, and building initiatives. Duties Assist with the installation of building materials, including drywall, stucco, plastering, and trim carpentry to achieve precise finishes. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as excavation, framing, and site preparation. Support plumbing and electrical work by handling materials and assisting licensed professionals during installations. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications. Conduct site inspections to verify safety protocols are followed and work adheres to project standards. Perform outdoor work including hardscaping construction projects like paving, stonework, and landscaping enhancements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering strictly to safety procedures at all times. Qualifications Proven construction experience with familiarity in building construction, remodeling, and hardscaping projects. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and operating heavy equipment safely. Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus. Experience with interpreting technical drawings and working from construction plans. Strong understanding of safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards. Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions with physical stamina. Additional skills such as Bluebeam software proficiency, construction inspection capabilities, or electrical experience are highly desirable.
