Job Description
General Laborer Full-Time About the Role We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers . This role involves performing a variety of manual labor tasks to support daily operations. Work is completed under direct supervision in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. What You'll Do Lift and move materials as needed. Load and unload vehicles. Dig, refill holes, and assist with site preparation. Perform other general labor duties as assigned. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. 0-4 years of previous work experience (manual labor or similar preferred). Associate's degree or equivalent experience is a plus but not required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directions. Work Environment Frequent lifting of items up to 30 pounds.
